Redmi Introduced 300W Fast Charging Support Technology

When it comes to smartphone, battery and Camera is the main specification to look into. Smartphone charging technology is currently a competition between companies. 

Redmi’s Weibo account has released a video of a smartphone charging within 5 mins. This video mesmerized smartphone users. Xiaomi has used 240W fast charging technology for its sub-brand Redmi phone and came up with a stunning battery. 

The Redmi has introduced the Note 12 Discovery Edition smartphone with a 4,100mAh battery to showcase the 300W charging technology. The original Note 12 Discovery phone had a 4,300mAh battery. The phone was modified for this test.

The modified Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition can be charged to 50 per cent in about 3 minutes and fully charged in 5 minutes. The charging speed increased to 290.6W.

Redmi calls it the 300W Immortal Second Charger, which differs from the 120W Hypercharge technology already available on some Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones.
