Apple has recently launched the iPhone 16 series, introducing many new features that have captivated iPhone users. The new model includes Apple intelligence, camera control buttons, and improved battery life.

iPhone 16 Specifications:

Apple iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are made with "aerospace-grade aluminium" and a new colour-infused backglass. The iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch display with 2000nits of peak brightness and can dim to as low as 1nit in dark environments.

Apple has added the Action Button to the standard models, allowing users to access features such as recording voice memos, identifying songs, or translating phrases more quickly.

The new A18 chip delivers a huge leap in performance and efficiency, enabling demanding AAA games and a big boost in battery life.

The iPhone 16 series also comes with a new camera control feature that enables users to adjust settings by sliding a finger on the screen, located on the right side below the on/off switch.

iPhone 16 Camera:

The iPhone 16 now boasts a powerful 48-megapixel main camera that merges 48MP and 12MP photos to create a sharper 24MP image. It also boasts a 2x telephoto zoom feature using the middle 12MP sensor and a faster f/1.6 aperture for better low-light photography.

You can record Dolby Vision HDR video, and the new 12MP ultra-wide camera has a larger aperture and pixels, allowing 2.6x more light for brighter, crisper photos.

Apple claims the iPhone 16 provides the functionality of four camera lenses in one phone, and it can create Spatial Video and Photos using both lenses.

iPhone 16 series Apple Intelligence:

One of the main highlights is the addition of Apple Intelligence to the standard iPhone 16 series. This AI-powered feature can comprehend and generate languages, images, and more. Apple also improves productivity with the iPhone 16 series by summarising emails and prioritising notifications.

Users can record, transcribe, and summarise audio within the Notes and Phone apps. Participants receive automatic notifications when a call is being recorded, and after the call concludes, Apple Intelligence generates a summary.

iPhone 16 Battery and Storage:

The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus have been re-engineered to accommodate a larger battery and better heat dissipation. Battery servicing has also been made easier. These phones use a battery made with 100% recycled cobalt and, for the first time in an iPhone, over 95% recycled lithium.

The iPhone 16 will be available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage capacities.

iPhone 16 Price In India and Colour Variants:

In India, the iPhone 16 is priced at Rs 79,900. The new iPhone 16 variants will be available in five colourways: black, white, pink, teal and ultramarine. They will be available to pre-order from September 13 and can be bought from September 20 onwards.
