Tamil Nadu Weather Report: Heavy Rain At Tirupur, Theni and Dindigul

According to the Meteorological Centre, a low-pressure area has persisted over West Central-Northwest Bay of Bengal. Due to this, it has been said that heavy rain is likely to occur in some districts of Tamil Nadu today.

Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places may occur over Tamil Nadu, Puduvai and Karaikal today. Also, the Meteorological Department has informed that heavy rain is possible in Tamil Nadu's three districts: Tirupur, Theni and Dindigul.

Following this, it has been said that on September 13, 14 and 15, thundershowers may occur at a few places in Tamil Nadu, Puduvai and Karaikal. As for Chennai's sky will remain partly cloudy for the next 24 hours. Light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning may occur in a few parts of the city.
