Propel With MAC Trust Hosted Rural Clinic Project At Kannampalayam

In an admirable effort to address healthcare disparities in rural areas, Propel Private Limited, in association with MAC Trust, has undertaken a significant initiative – the 'Rural Clinic Project'. This drive aims to provide accessible medical services to underserved communities, with a recent spotlight on Kannampalayam village.

The project clinic can be accessed every Sunday evening from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. It offers crucial medical assistance to the residents of various villages. This week, the camp was organized at Kannampalayam village, and an inspiring turnout was witnessed, with 112 beneficiaries receiving essential treatments and care.

Recognizing the importance of continued care, 16 individuals were referred to Government Hospitals (GH) and Primary Health Centers (PHC) for further follow-ups, ensuring that their medical needs were met comprehensively.

Furthermore, amidst the medical interventions, the camp facilitated the distribution of 19 Ayushman Bharath (Abha) Health cards to provide vital healthcare coverage to deprived individuals within the community.

The response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive, underscoring the significance of such efforts in addressing healthcare gaps in rural areas.
