COVID Shield Vaccine - Chief Minister's order to test in Chennai

Various countries have embarked on efforts to find a vaccine to reduce the corona virus's impact. The University of Oxford in the UK has developed a vaccine called COVID shield to constrain corona.
Today Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami has ordered to test the vaccine in Tamilnadu.
As a first step, it has been decided to inject on 300 people, at Rajiv Gandhi government general Hospital and Porur Ramachandra Hospital. He claims Corona vaccine trials have been tested and will be available soon for use.
"COVID shield has the power to create white blood cells also known as T- Cells, in 14 days. It also has the ability to fight coronavirus cells and boost immunity in 28 days" says Department of Health and Family Welfare.
