COVID 19 Update Oct 07 : 5447 Positive Cases, and 67 People died in Tamil Nadu

According to the reports of Public Health and Preventive Medicine cum Health and Family Welfare Department of Tamil Nadu, new 5,447 cases thrived on Oct 7. The total active cases declined to 45,135, with 5,524 discharge after proper treatment. Precisely, 6,35,855 confirmed positive cases until today. 67 people lost their precious life today, hiking the total death rate so far as 9,984.

Chennai: Chennai persists its place in COVID cases. It gradually rises day by day in COVID positive cases. 1369 people are tested positive. Totally 1,76,779 people were affected in Chennai by SARS_CoV2. The death rate increased back to 18, and 1096  people are sent back home healthy.  

Theaters were about to open from Oct 15, and many safety measures are underway to keep outspread in control. Slackened lockdown is the main reason for accelerating cases ibn Tamilnadu. People have to sit within their house to save their kith and kin from COVID.

Meanwhile, 190 testing centers are serving properly with 66 in government and 124 in private, 91,401 Persons tested by RT-PCR yesterday. Sixty-one people died with Comorbidities.

Chennai (1369), Coimbatore (473), Chengalpattu(324), Salem (322), and  Thiruvallur (252) are the top affected Tamilnadu cities. Still, Coimbatore keeps up the second Place in Tamilnadu. Though many advising steps were taken still, people were confused about the hectic situation.
