Chennai Schools Bomb Threat Confirmed To Be Fake By Police

A bomb threat has been issued to a private school in Thirumazhisai, Chennai. Police were investigating with the help of sniffer dogs following the bomb threat, and it was revealed that it was fake.
As soon as the threat came, the school management informed the parents, and they picked their children up. Further, the police have informed the parents of the school management and that the investigation has been intensified regarding the person who sent the threatening mail.
Accordingly, bomb threats were received at 10.40 am to email addresses of more than ten private schools in Chennai. In that way, a mysterious person has threatened schools, including DAV School, Chennai Public School, Chettinad Vidyashram, and Bhawans Vidyashram in Gopalapuram.
Police set up a special team to arrest the person who gave the bomb threat. The police were then called to the school along with bomb experts. When the police checked the mail received by the respective schools, it was revealed that the threat had come from the same mail ID. It came from the email address johonsol01@gmail.com.
Sniffer dogs were called in, ran a short distance and stopped. In this situation, school parents were only told to take their children without informing them about the bomb threat.
After that, the traffic was severely affected as all the parents gathered simultaneously. After that, bomb experts and bomb disposal experts checked all the schools, and it was revealed that the threat was FAKE.
