Chennai Rains: Heavy Rain WIth Thunder Expected Till November 25

The Indian Meteorological Department has already announced that there is a possibility of heavy Rain in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry due to the Northeast Monsoon. Accordingly, widespread rains are pouring in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and other areas.

In this case, the notification issued by the Chennai Meteorological Department states, "Rain will continue in 12 districts, namely Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Thiruvarur, Thanjavur, Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram today (25.11.2023). Especially in Chennai, there is a chance of thundershowers till 10 am.

Accordingly, Chennai Guindy, Adambakkam, Kotturpuram, Adyar, Mylapore, West Mambalam, Ekkaduthangal, Pallavaram, Pattinapakkam, Nungampakkam, Thiagaraya Nagar, Sethupattu, Villivakkam, Pammel, Velachery, Ambattur are experiencing heavy Rain since early morning.
