Benedict Anto Case: Police Collects Details About Who Spread The Video

Priest Benedict Anto was arrested for sexually harassing a young woman through WhatsApp chat. His case has been taking different dimensions after each interrogation.

The arrested Benedict has been lodged in Nagercoil Jail. In this case, steps are being taken to file a chargesheet based on the priest's statement and the information in the laptop-top cell phone seized from him. District Superintendent of Police Harikiran Prasad said the chargesheet would be filed within two weeks. 

Meanwhile, the police have decided to take action against the person who spread pornographic pictures and videos of the priest. After that, they collect details about who spread the priest's obscene pictures and obscene chatting on social media. 

While the youth has already been arrested for taking the priest's cell phone, another person is absconding. Steps are being taken to arrest him. Only if he is arrested will one more cell phone of the priest be recovered. The police have decided to investigate whether the cell phone contains evidence related to the case.
