Vikravandi DMK MLA Pugazhenthi Death Caused Stir In The Party

Pugazhenthi, hails from of Villupuram district, passed away at the age of 71 following a brief illness while undergoing treatment at the Government Villupuram Medical College and Hospital (GVMCH) in Mundiyambakkam on Saturday, April 6, 2024. His demise is a great loss for the DMK party. 

It is said that while Chief Minister MK Stalin visited the general meeting during the election campaign held in Villupuram yesterday, Pugazhenthi attended the meeting. Then there was a sudden decline in his health and he fell unconscious, so the people nearby admitted him to Mundiyambakkam Government Medical College Hospital, Villupuram district for treatment.

In this case, Pugazhenthi, who was being treated in the intensive care unit, died in the hospital this morning. Many political party leaders are condoling the death of Pugazhenthi.
