Lok Sabha polls 2019 Dynasties vs Narendra Modi in Haryana: There is an interesting battle between 3 political families of Haryana, who head against each other on 12th May 2019 at Hisar Lok Sabha constituency. All of them completed their graduation in abroad universities and their family is doing an election campaign on soaring 40° Celsius. The 46 years old, Brijendra Singh, son of Union Minister Birender Singh is contesting in this election representing BJP.
While Congress has fielded a young candidate Bhavya Bishnoi (26), who is the son of sitting Congress MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi of Adampur constituency and his mother Renuka, is the legislator of Hansi assembly constituency. They are from the family of late Chief Minister Bhajan Lal.
The newly formed Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) has nominated 31 years old Dushyant Chautala, who is the great-grandson of former Deputy PM Devi Lal.
The notable thing in Hisar is the communal votes (Jat land) which comprises of 33% among the 16 lakh voters, quite higher than Bishnoi’s. The Jat leaders contesting in this LS election are Dushyant and Brijendra, while Bhavya is a part of Bishnoi.
In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Dushyant represented Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and won with a margin of 31K votes by defeating Kuldeep Bishnoi of Congress.
The Hisar constituency has nine seats of which BJP holds 4 of them. In addition to that, Ranbir Singh Gangwa of Nalwa left INLD and joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) recently.
The Bishnoi’s main ploy is to target the Modi government during his campaigns. Altogether, there are 26 candidates in contention, including 13 independent candidates.
