FIR and Cases registered against Kamal Haasan by saffron organizations

What are the sections booked against Kamal for his speech?
The sections against which Kamal Hassan booked for are IPC 153A and 295 A. The first one is for promoting enmity between different groups of religion, rape, or place of birth. The second one is to outrage religious feelings. In Delhi court also the same sections were filed against him in addition to Section 123(3) or the RPA 1951. It is also against promoting enmity among the citizens of India. These cases are to come for hearing in the next few days. If found guilty by courts under these sections the punishment is three years of imprisonment.
