Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam Leader Vijay Against CAA Implementation

Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Thalapathy Vijay strongly criticized the Central government after it notified the rules for implementing the Citizenship (Amendment) Act 2019. Vijay stated that it is not acceptable to implement such a law in a country where people live in social harmony.

"It is not acceptable to implement any law like the Indian Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 (CAA) in an environment where all citizens of the country live with social harmony. The leaders should ensure that this law is not implemented in Tamil Nadu," he said.
