Salman Khan Gets Death Threat Yet Resumes Bigg Boss 18 Shooting

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has recently received fresh threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who has demanded a ₹5 crore ransom from the actor. Despite the rising tension, Khan has continued filming for Bigg Boss Hindi 18, under heightened security measures.

Who Is The Accused?

Sources confirm that the police have traced the individual responsible for sending the threats, identifying him as a resident of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The suspect is believed to have traveled from Mumbai to Delhi, and then to West Bengal in recent days. Authorities are actively investigating the case and working to arrest the accused as soon as possible.

Salman Khan Vs Lawrence Bishnoi:

The actor Salman Khan has long been on the radar of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and the recent murder of political leader Baba Siddique, who was a close friend of the actor has only heightened the threats. Following Siddique's death, Khan received new threats, prompting a significant increase in his security.

Salman Khan Receives Death Threat:

On October 16, Mumbai Police received a WhatsApp message threatening Salman Khan, demanding ₹5 crore as protection money. The message further warned that if the payment wasn't made, the actor's fate would be even worse than Baba Siddique’s. Authorities are treating this as a serious threat, with the actor’s safety becoming a top priority.

“Don't take it lightly, if Salman Khan wants to stay alive and wants to end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, then he will have to pay ₹5 crore. If the money is not given, Salman Khan's condition will be worse than Baba Siddique's,” the sender claimed.

Bigg Boss 18 Shooting Resumes:

In response, Khan's security has been drastically increased. Over 60 personnel have been deployed to safeguard the Bigg Boss set, and access to the compound has been tightly controlled. Security measures now include thorough checks, with guards required to verify identification by checking Aadhar cards before allowing entry.

Salman Khan resumed shooting for Bigg Boss 18 on October 18. The show’s production team also has taken all necessary steps to ensure the star’s safety, with heavy security continuing throughout the filming of the weekend episodes.
