Mithun Chakraborty Update: Health Improved And Will Be Discharged Soon

Veteran Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty has been admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata due to ill health. He is 73 years old. His son told reporters that his health condition is stable now, and he is under constant observation of doctors.

Actor Mithun  Chakraborty is a big star in Bollywood. He has nailed acting in Hindi and Bengali movies. He is not only an actor but also a producer and politician. In January 2024, Chakraborty was awarded Padma Bhushan, the third-highest civilian honour, by the Government of India.

It is reported that Actor Mithun Chakraborty had a sudden chest pain Saturday at 10.30 am. Subsequently, he was admitted to the emergency department of Apollo Multi Specialty Hospital, Kolkata. He is receiving intensive care there. According to the statement, the actor complained of weakness in his right upper and lower limbs when carried to the hospital.

Kolkata Apollo Hospital has released a report on Mithun Chakraborty's condition. In it, he was diagnosed with an ischemic cerebrovascular attack in the brain and is now fully conscious. He is being given moderate food. Also, doctors, including neurologists, cardiologists and gastroenterologists, said he is being closely monitored.

Mithun Chakraborty's Co-stars and other celebrities visited him and updated his health condition on the media. It is said that his health condition is better now. It is reported that he will be discharged soon.
