Coronavirus in India: Continuing its rapid spread in June, the coronavirus is now doing it in July also. So far, in the first week of July, more than 1.57 lakh new cases were reported in India. And the worst is that in the last seven days alone 3,236 people are dead due to COVID 19. As of July 7, the total infection cases are around 7.43 lakhs and the death toll at 20,628.
Meanwhile, the Maharashtra ruling party Shiv Sena has criticized the prime minister's COVID 19 battle comment. Their mouthpiece "Saamna" had said that the PM's confidence in winning the coronavirus in 21 days of the lockout has not materialized. It is continuing even after more than 100 days and will also continue until 2021.
Coronavirus in Tamil Nadu: Many trade centers and research institutes are now becoming COVID 19 centers in Tamil Nadu. The CM opening one such specialty COVID 19 center in Chennai said that there is no possibility of another lockdown. He also said that there is no coronavirus community transmission in Tamil Nadu.
After a volatile rise in June and the first few days of July, coronavirus seems to take a break in Chennai. It may be due to the intense lockdown of 16 days until July 5. But the many districts which allowed the Chennai people before the severe lockdown are now doubling their infection cases. The worst-hit is Madurai, which is nearing the 5000 mark even under intense lockdown, which is dangerous.
Hope COVID 19 reduces across Tamil Nadu like in Chennai yesterday, in the coming days for everyone to have a normal life in these uncertain times of corona crisis.
