The family of the impregnated 12-year-old victim who was gang-raped for more than two months in a bakery by the owner, a local Samajwadi Party leader, and his employee is planning for an Abortion. Police are planning to run a DNA test for the case.

The 12-year-old from Ayodhya is shifted to Lucknow Hospital for better treatment. In this case, police are planning to run a DNA test for the case to strengthen the case.

The family of the 12-year-old has given consent for the termination of the victim’s pregnancy. The victim, who is 12 weeks pregnant, is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Lucknow.

The minor rape case in Ayodhya came to light after the teen became pregnant. She complained about stomach pain and after a treatment doctors confirmed that she was pregnant.

Shocked by this, the 12-year-old family filed a rape case on July 29. In this case, police arrested Local Samajwadi Party leader Moid Khan, 62, who runs the bakery, and his employee on July 30 for allegedly impregnating a teenager who used to work at the bakery and filming the act. 

A leader from the Samajwadi Party has demanded a DNA test to clear the allegations, along with Rs 20 lakh in compensation for the victim.
