Allu Arjun Promises Movie Offers For Jani Master Rape Victim

Actor Allu Arjun assured the victim of the Jani Master sexual harassment will be working in his upcoming movies in his Baby film success Meet. He adds that women should step into the cinema industry and promises a safe workspace.

Allu Arjun Stances On Jani Master Harassment Case:

Allu Arjun in his film Success Meet Baby, talked about Jani Master's sexual harassment issue where the victim allegedly accused Jani Master of raping her multiple times. In this case, Allu Arjun addressed the victim will work on all his upcoming projects and assured them that she will also work under Geetha Arts Banners.

During the success meeting, he encouraged women to step into the industry promising a safer work environment. This gesture is appreciated by many fans as he was one of the actors who opened up about the issue.  

Who Is Jani Master?

Shaik Jani Basha, widely acknowledged as Jani Master is a celebrated National Award-winning choreographer. He is known for his work in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi cinema, Jani Master has made a considerable mark in the film industry and He is married to Ayesha, a classical dancer, and they have two children.

Jani Master’s recent projects include choreographing high-profile songs for major films such as Pushpa: The Rise (featuring "Srivalli"), Beast ("Arabic Kuthu"), Varisu ("Ranjithame"), Jailer ("Kaavaalaa"), and Stree 2 ("Aayi Nai"). His exceptional work in Thiruchitrambalam earned him the National Award for Best Choreography for the song "Megam Karukkatha," performed by Dhanush and Raashii Khanna.

Jani Master Sexual Harassment Case:

On September 16, a 21-year-old co-worker of Jani Master filed a Zero FIR case against him to the Raidurgam police in Hyderabad accusing that he had raped multiple times during her teenage. 

Reports say she was offered to work as her assistant choreographer when she was 16 which she accepted. Further, she was demanded to do sexual favors during the work once in Mumbai. There Jani assaulted her in the hotel room and threatened her, that there would be no work offers for her if she opened up about the incident.

The sexual harassment continued for her multiple times during outdoor shooting and sometimes he even assaulted her at home, according to the complaint. When she refused to work with him, the job offers for her were "dried up".

This created a lot of tension and disappointment in the film industry among the fans as many harassment cases started to rise nowadays after the Hema Committee Report.
