Vidaa Muyarchi' is a highly anticipated action thriller in Tamil Cinema, initially set to be directed by Vignesh Shivan before being helmed by Thirumeni. The actors Ajith, Trisha, and Arjun joined hands again for the Vidaa Muryarchi after the 2011 blockbuster movie Mankantha. 

The shooting commenced on October 4, 2023, in Azerbaijan, but was delayed due to the actor Ajith Kumar's commitment to this world tour which stirred up many controversies among the fans.

Despite these challenges, the film's production persevered, marked by the release of engaging BTS videos that stirred excitement among viewers. 

Actor Arjun, who is expected to portray the antagonist, revealed in an interview that 70% of the movie's filming has been completed, underscoring progress amidst the setbacks.
