Sundar C Mayabazar remake shooting getting under way

Director Sundar.C specialized in giving commercial films such as Meesaya Muruku, Natpe Thunai, and Naan Sirithal, now producing a Tamil remake of Kannada movie Maya Bazar, which is the blockbuster of 2016.

He usually provides family-oriented films like Ambala and kalakalappu. After Action, he is currently directing Aranmanai 3, starring Arya, Rashi Khanna, and Andrea. Avni Cinemax is his production company, forthwith producing a Tamil remake of Mayya Bazaar directed by his co-director Badri, director of Veerappu, Thampiku Entha Uru, and Thillu Mullu.

Maya Bazar (2016) is a crime comedy film directed by Radhakrishna Reddy, starring Raj P. Shetty, Prakash Raj, Sudha Rani, Achyuth Kumar, and many others. Sundar.C have already obtained the Tamil remake's rights, and the shooting started in Chennai yesterday (September 14) with Pooja. Prasanna, Sham, Sruthi Marathe, Aswin, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, and Rithika Sen will play lead roles in the movie.

Kichha as the cinematographer, Satya is the composer, and Prem does art direction. The crew plans to finish shooting the yet-to-title film in a single phase.
