Soorarai Pottru Veteran actor Poo Ramu Passes Away Due To Heart Attack

Veteran actor Poo Ramu died at a government hospital yesterday after suffering a massive cardiac arrest. Film celebrities are mourning his death and are posting condolences on social media.

Ramu made his acting debut in the 2008 film Poo directed by Sasi. Following his performance in that movie, he was later called poo Ramu. Poo Ramu has acted in many films, including Neerparavai, Pariyerum Perumal, Thanga Meengal, Karnan and Soorarai Pottru.

Poo Ramu was admitted to the Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in Chennai due to a sudden heart attack and died last evening. Even after intensive treatment, he passed away yesterday. Udhayanidhi Stalin had also paid tribute to Poo Ramu by visiting him at the hospital. His final rituals will be held today. 

Seenu Ramasamy, the famous director who has directed more films with Poo Ramu, has expressed his heartfelt condolences on the demise of Poo Ramu. He tweeted, "My Darling Pretty young, old man Comrade...Ramu loves you #PooRamu."
