Netflix OTT Platform Reduced The Subscription Fee For Users

Netflix is one the best OTT platform to enjoy various genres of movies. It is the favourite Ott platform for many. Netflix has reduced its subscription fare in more than 30 countries worldwide. It is said that this step has been taken to attract more subscribers.

It has been reported that the tariff has been slashed from 20 per cent to nearly 60 per cent, and the price reduction is effective immediately for new and existing subscribers.

Netflix has simultaneously slashed prices in more than 30 countries to attract more subscribers. According to the report, tariff waivers have been announced in countries across Central and South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and the Asia Pacific region. 

Countries with reduced tariffs include Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Libya, Iran, Kenya, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Venezuela, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines. Netflix has also launched new low-cost subscription plans in 12 countries on the list. Unfortunately, India is out of the list.
