Nayanthara Kolaiyuthir Kaalam Release Banned By Madras High Court

Actress Nayanthara's recent venture titled 'Kolaiyuthir Kaalam' to issue an interim ban on the Madras High Court. Nayanthara has acted in a different role in this movie directed by Chakri Toleti. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music of the movie, Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. Previously, Radha Ravi was present at the audio function of the film and spoke ill about the actress created a controversy in the film industry.
Director Vignesh Shiva who is current love pair of the actress criticize him and made him resign from the union temporarily with the help of the political party, DMK. Now the pair is said to be in living together relationship roaming abroad in Greece for vacation and tweeted the photos in social media. Vignesh Shivan wrote on his Instagram page, captioned "I'm flying in the dream world that I wanted in my life".
Nayanthara last release, another horror film, "Airaa" written and directed by KM Sarjun. The movie which is released with huge expectation fails in the box office. Another movie Mr.Local which was released on last month end also bombed in the box office. The movie is a huge disaster in Actor Siva Karthikeyan career.
The late writer Sujatha wrote a novel in name of "Kolaiyuthir Kaalam". Director Balaji Kumar got the rights from Sujatha's wife, in his mother's name for about 10 lakh rupees. He has also directed Tamil film "Vidiyum Munn" before. In this scenario, the actress Nayantara acted on this horror movie with the same name "Kolaiyuthir Kaalam", which was produced by Etcetera Entertainment, scheduled to release on June 14, 2019.

The issue is director Balaji Kumar filed the title in the name of his mother is a violation of the patent. So Balaji Kumar wanted to ban the release of the film titled "Kolaiyuthir Kaalam". Judge Krishnaswamy Ramasamy, who inquired the case, ordered film companies to reply to the petition before the 21st.
