Other than the leads, Yogi Babu, Vinay Ray, TJ Banu, John Kokken, Lal, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, Singer Mano, Vinothini, and Rohaan are also featured in the movie.

A.R. Rahman composed the music for the Kadhalikka Neramillai and the news made the fans happy because A R Rahman was loved by Indian fans for his innovative approach to music composition. The movie Kadhalikka Neramillai was written and directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi. The movie was produced by Red Giant Movies and co-produced by M.Shenbaga Moorthy, and R.Arjun Durai.

Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi debuted her directing career in the movie Vanakkam Chennai (2013) which starred Shiva and Priya Anand in the lead roles. After a break, she continued as a director in the movie Kaali (2018) and a web series Paper Rocket (2022) released on the Zee5 Ott platform app.

Her next work as a director is the upcoming movie Kadhalikka Nermamillai where Nithya Menen joins hands with Jayam Ravi for the first time which makes the fans excited for the movie release.

Nithya Menen in the interview said, "I am also doing a Tamil film with Jayam Ravi and Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi. It’s a cute rom-com and I think it’ll be a treat for the Tamil audience who wants to see more of Shobana. It’s definitely not at all Shobana’s character, but it’s a cute urban romantic comedy."

Kadhalikka Neramillai movie title was already used in the classic romantic comedy that was released in the year 1964 starring T S Balaiah, Nagesh, and others.
