Aarti Ravi Denies Blame in Jayam Ravi Divorce Announcement

Aarti Ravi, for the first time, addressed Jayam Ravi's public divorce announcement, stating that she is unaware of the decision. Her notice created a lot of buzz around their divorce as she mentioned Jayam Ravi as "My Husband".

Actor Jayam Ravi's divorce notice, released on his social media accounts, has been widely discussed over the past two days. Despite the public nature of his announcement, Aarti Ravi had not posted any divorce-related post herself, leading to speculation that the decision was one-sided. Her Instagram bio still references her as "Married to Jayam Ravi," further fueling speculation.

In this case, confirming the allegations, in a press release, Aarti Ravi stated, "I was deeply shocked and saddened by the recent public announcement regarding our marriage, which was made without my knowledge or consent." 

She highlighted that her attempts to address the issues directly with her husband were not met with success, leaving her and their children completely blindsided by his divorce decision.

Aarti criticized the one-sided nature of the divorce decision, noting, "The decision to end our marriage is purely one-sided and does not benefit our family. Despite the pain this has caused, I have chosen to remain dignified and refrained from public comment until now." 

Aarti Ravi also expressed her frustration over the false public narrative that has unfairly placed blame on her and subjected her to unwarranted attacks.

"As a mother, my first priority is and always will be the well-being of my children," she continued. "I cannot stand by while this narrative affects them, and I will not allow these unfounded allegations to go unaddressed." Her focus, she stated, remains on supporting her children through this challenging time with the strength and integrity they deserve.

Aarti concluded her statement by thanking the press and the public for their support. She did not, however, address her own stance on pursuing a divorce in her statement.
