A2D Nandha, the popular tech YouTuber known for exposing scams and providing clarifications on business matters, became involved in a public dispute between Abishek Rafi (also known as Biryani Man) and Dayalu Designs (Tailor Akka).

Biryani Man, a YouTuber known for reaction videos, made misogynistic remarks about Dayalu, who runs an online tailoring coaching business. In one of his videos, Biryani Man ridiculed Dayalu’s promotional fit-checks on social media, which didn’t sit well with many viewers.

This escalated when Biryani Man purchased a course from Dayalu Designs in July 2024 and claimed she didn’t provide a proper GST number on the bill. This allegation led to widespread negative attention towards Dayalu Designs, with many questioning the legitimacy of her business.

A2D Nandha's Steps In:

In response to the backlash, A2D Nandha stepped in, producing a video in which he clarified the situation. Nandha said that the GST practices and tax invoices involved, defending Dayalu Designs and providing evidence to refute the claims made by Biryani Man.

Nandha’s video reassured viewers that Dayalu’s business was legitimate, and he urged viewers not to jump to conclusions without verifying the facts.

Nandha’s video quickly gained traction, with many viewers rallying behind Tailor Akka and believing that the accusations against her were baseless. For a while, it seemed like the controversy had been resolved, and Dayalu Designs was exposed by Sid.

However, the situation took a new turn when Sid, a lawyer, recently released a video questioning the validity of Nandha’s claims. In her video, Sid made several key points that challenged the narrative A2D had built around Dayalu Designs.

Sid emphasized that Nandha did not provide the original tax invoice from Dayalu Designs in his video. Instead, he used a representative image, which, according to Sid, misled viewers into believing that the invoice was legitimate. This raised concerns about transparency and whether the proof Nandha presented was valid.

B2C Transactions and GST:

Sid took issue with Nandha's claim that B2C (Business-to-Consumer) transactions did not require a GST number. Sid argued that customers have every right to inquire about where their GST money is going, and it’s a business's responsibility to issue proper tax documentation.

Price Comparisons:

Sid also compared Dayalu's course prices to other similar courses available in the market, suggesting that Dayalu Designs was significantly more expensive.

Sid accused A2D Nandha of manipulating the public into believing that Dayalu Designs was innocent without considering all the facts. This, she argued, created an undue narrative that led many viewers to ignore legitimate concerns about the business.

Sid also brought up Tailor Akka’s mother’s YouTube channel, Sindinga9, which allegedly sold unlicensed medicine and promoted harmful ideas.

Sid’s video has since gone viral, with many viewers now questioning A2D Nandha’s original analysis. People who once sided with Dayalu Designs are now seeking further clarification, demanding transparency from both Nandha and Dayalu.
