Nifty Market Noon Update: BSE Auto jumped 4 per cent

Among the sectoral indices, BSE Auto jumped 4 per cent, followed by IT, metal and infra, while Bank Nifty turned negative. Tata Power SED has signed an important contract with Ministry of Defense, GOI, for modernisation of 37 Airfields of the worth of Rs 1200 Cr over a period of next 4 years.

Nifty erased all early gains but managing to above 9,300 & RIL MarketCap crosses Rs 10 lakh crore. BankNifty gave off all gains and turned negative by RBLBank, ICICIBank, SBI. INR has extended morning losses by 15p at 75.70 against $. ​

Top Gainers in Nifty100 are IDEA, Maruti, TataMotor & MotherSumi while atop Losers are DrReddy, ICICIBank, BPCL & Biocon. Until 3:00 pm we foresee Nifty to trade between 9290 & 9436 unless they are broken we may see lacklustre movements. Avoid aggressive open positions in FNO space and try to trade light with proper TSL as we have our FM having a meeting today.
