CEO Sridhar Vembu Announces Zoho CRM for Everyone With Upgrades

Zoho Corporation, a leading Indian software-as-a-service provider, recently announced the release of an upgraded version of Zoho CRM for everyone. 

What Is Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software developed by Zoho Corporation and is a trusted network of around 250,000 businesses in 180 countries. It's designed to help businesses of all sizes manage their sales, marketing, and customer support processes effectively. 

Zoho CRM Update:

One of the announcements is the release of an upgraded version of Zoho CRM for everyone, which is provided to widen the reach of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to all teams involved in customer operations.

In addition to that, the Zoho Co-operation introduced offers for professional developers and app development teams. Zoho CRM solution empowers developers to monitor the in-app usage and performance of applications across various platforms like iOS, macOS, and Android.

The CEO of Zoho in regard to this said, "At Zoho, we are focused on continuously deepening our current offerings and expanding others to serve business needs. Zoho CRM for Everyone, for instance, is the first true democratization of the CRM paradigm and helps unify all customer operations teams onto the CRM to deliver better customer experiences.”

In 2023, due to the release of Catalyst2.0 in October 2023, Zoho received a 33 percent increase in customers and worldwide customers increased by percentage, with the number of new projects doubling.

Zoho aims to all customer function teams into CRM to deliver better customer experiences. Zoho Apptics is an analytics solution that helps developers monitor the usage and performance of applications built on various platforms such as iOS, macOS, and Android.

The Co-founder and CEO of the Zoho Co-operation in the Zoholics conference which was held in the US Austin meeting expressed that the company will remain private.
