VIX is down 7% at 33.35% today and Nifty has been facing pressure since last one hour by the selling mounted in BankNifty following the results by BajajFinServ, the company reported a Net Profit at Rs. 1.94Bn against Rs.8.39Bn that shook markets.

Today we may have the US releasing data on Unemployment, Housing and Manufacturing which could trigger the movements in the evening. Nifty has critical supports at 9020 and 8978. A Close today above 9158 will be vital for fresh bullishness in markets. Top Gainers from Nifty200 today are Aditya Birla Fashions, Indian Hotels, Indigo, Hindalco and ITC while top losers are IBVentures, Bandhan Bank, CholaFin, Varun Beverages and BajajFinServ.
